I hesitate "You are sure?" I ask doubtfully "Names are usually not species names like Hybrid, I mean, all of us are hybrids so it could get confusing."

I make a sad face before running in the direction I saw the bird had gone; maybe some deity will be nice and let me catch up to him.

I wanted a companion, a friend, I thought as I frowned at the very conveniently placed branch. Then, I curl up into a ball and sob silently by the tree trunk. Why do I have no friends...

*head pat* You get companions when you're near someone, but currently, well.. everyone's in the middle of the jungle, and the rest are underground. Except Shimmer. Shimmer's the only one not in a group. And Swirl. Swirl is really inactive though.

(So I'm in a jungle. Huh. Never knew that outside the fishing village that there's a jungle :P)

I slowly stand up and continue on, deciding that moving forwards will always be better than crying about the past.
