Sunny, I love the designs hon. But how does any of them represent "Fun In The Sun" or is inspired by Summer time? Merely curious hon.

Okay, I have added my inspiration.

I don't know if this counts but two of my nephews' birthdays are in the summer and one just recently had a Pirate themed birthday.

As I already mentioned in my PN last Sunday, this week was really busy for me. I had a lot of doctor appointments and spent 8 hours yesterday at an doctors appointment in the hospital. As for today and tomorrow, I have visitors, so I won't have time to design anything in between.
So I am sorry, that I have to opt out this week. I'm sure I will be able to partake next week.

On another note:
IIf we now, that we will be without internet for some time, would it be possible to give a note of absence (as I won't be able to partake without internet)
Just asking, because I might travel at the end of the month until mid-august as I am invited to my friends grandmas house in another country (Its close to free and good for my health as well) and I wont have any internet connection there.

First off, I owe everyone an apologize. I became ill over the weekend, and tried to get on to do the top 3 and the new challenge as scheduled. However, I just was not feeling up to sitting upright for too long without feeling like I was going to lose the contents of my tummy. I am truly sorry that I let you all down. I will have the "Entries Thus Far" post(s) updated shortly, along with the top 3. I will also have the new challenge up shortly as well, and giving everyone that is with us a bye so to speak on marks as you won't be getting the full time as normal for this challenge. Again I am sorry about this, and I again will have everything updated shortly. Please be patient.

I want to thank all of those that participated. All of your hard work, time, and dedication to this group has been noticed and truly appreciated. Without you, it would not be possible to keep this group going. For those that participated, I want you to send me a COD for 3,000g as a thank you token. When reviewing the designs, I noticed that a few of you didn't follow the spirit of the challenge and simply added a bit of text into your explanation after I question your designs. That does not make your design meet the requirements by simply putting the word and or words Summer and Summertime in after the fact. Going forward, please follow the theme of the challenge directly. If you haven't a clue as to what I mean by the challenge or have questions, please do ask. Blatant disregard for the challenge theme, requirements, and or rules will cause your design to be automatically disqualified. Personally I don't want that to happen to any of you, because I value your time and effort with in this group. You deserve to get recognized with your hard work. And speaking of getting recognized, without further adieu...Your TOP 3!!
