(I used to have severe anxiety issues, and weighted blankets always helped.)

(mmm yeah, I have some issues with insomnia and weighted blankets certainly help, my family told me I looked like cat trying to get comfortable under them >.<)

I relax a little under the weight feeling safer. I snuggle up and get comfortable.
