1. Yes, he has both human ears and wolf ears(He can shift between forms, so his wolf ears can be hidden). So if you were to feel more comfortable drawing only one set of ears, that would be completely fine.
He usually wears silver earrings or black earrings.
2. Her skin tone would be the same throughout without the stitches.
As a reference, her skin tone would be about the same as the skin color on her that isn't the pink patches in this commission(The face being the main reference).

Hi Hershey! Sorry for keeping you waiting all this time! I've unfortunately not have had much time to draw these past few months, so I only have a very rough sketch at the moment :')
I intend to finish it up by the end of June. I hope that is alright!
