Generally when I think of spring, my head goes to - "Yay, the dark days are over!!! Welcome back flowers!"

So the fact that the ground 'breaks open' and flowers pop up has been the inspiration to this design.
In of itself the base looks really boring, but once all the carries become visible it will be awesome!

I wanted my pair to be based off of my most favorite tree, the thoundercloud plum.
The leaves of this tree have a lightly rosa color at the beginning of spring and over the time the leaves are getting darker and darker, until they reach a dark purple color.
