So after several hours of painting, here is my entry:



I did it all in water colour. It was a lot of fun, although using water colour paints on printer paper is a bit of a challenge. The colour scheme on the gingerbread house is supposed to be blue, purple, and pink, but the pink looks almost white in the scan. I also attempted to paint the northern lights in the sky. Overall, it was a lot of fun to bust out the paint again :)

I don't have photoshop on my new computer! So my roomate and I took the night off from school and coloured some pictures!! :D My favourite part was the foot prints in the snow!

Not very good at artsy stuff but gave it a shot!!!
Hope this is set up right,never have done a contest before...

My username is in the scene too!! ....Just realized for my computer i need to zoom in to 200 % to see it tho..

Is it alright if my destructively painting style covers parts of the lineart as long as the shapes are generally the same, or does it all have to remain visible?

As long as you aren't really altering the lineart then it's fine if you cover them up.
