Just a question as i have never had a custom item before, will the custom appear as its own space in the wardrobe, or will it appear somewhere else?

You use the item like any other avatar item and then it'll show up in the wardrobe. The customs appear before any other avatar items. This is a picture of my first page of helds. (I don't know why that little epic pumpkin wand was labeled as a custom btw. It was a forum prize item and not really a custom.)

The white owl? That was a custom that someone made for me. I've only included in the shop the avvie items I've done myself with the exception of the one that Bandaid helped me with. If I were to possibly sell a copy, I'd want to talk to the person that made it for me first. It just would feel weird to me selling it without asking because I didn't put any work into it myself.
