I didn't know if we were supposed to name these or not, so I just used the flower names lol.

Wow, who knew lotuses came in so many different colors? Normally I think a Theme should have 3-4 basic colors, but these are just so beautiful I had to use all the colors. Must put some in the fishpond.
It is quite difficult to find a photograph of a hosta that shows both the foliage and the flowers. Photographers seem to focus on the foliage, which causes the flowers to be overexposed and to seem washed out. However, I did manage to find one fairly good photo of an entire hosta, a hybrid miniature named "Mighty Mouse." It is only a little bit overexposed--
You can't see them in the photo, but the plant also has maroon petioles. Also, when the leaves are young, they are more of a chartreuse color, while a plant that is older than the one in the photo will have blue-green centers to its leaves and a near-white border.
And here's how they all combine into a Faelora--
Edited because I was not happy with my first attempt at maroon.
The wonderful thing about hydrangeas is how a single ball of flower clusters can have so many different colors. My maternal grandmother grew these.
