Lol, I was referring to our pet mutations. Whenever there are gems or any other decorative feature I always ask our artists to make them sparkly. :)

How do I get the lineart to stay? Every time I try to draw on DA it colors over the original black lines.

Well, I used an art program like GIMP.
What you do is since the page is transparent, you make a layer under the lines, and color on that layer, so that the lines stay the same. It's not to hard, as long as you have layers. Other than that, just use a fill bucket and fill in the areas you want the color to go in.
