This is based on The Giant's Causeway found in Ireland. There's legends of this natural wonder being a bridge made by a giant. The colors are from the rocks that make up the causeway along with the color of the sea and the grass and plants.

Pot o' Gold / Lucky Penny Zolnixi:
I designed them to resemble gold, or a penny, with a bit of that "green" luck.
Cloverleaf Vulnyx:
Supposed to resemble a patch of clovers.
Budding Flower Nephini:
Made them to resemble a flower bud. They have a green "stem", and pink edges.
Spring Thaw Qitari:
They have a brown base, with icy blue "receding" across their bodies. Gene 1 is green to resemble green shoots popping up beneath the snow and dirt.
I'll edit if I have any more, and I actually randomized the genes and mutes on most of these... to prove that the colors work with pretty much anything.
