Bergaun

Bergaun are specially bred and trained Kelpari who stick to the shadows. Their dark red coloring makes them almost impossible to see underwater. While good mounts for sea travel, these Kelpari are known for their short tempers. They've also been known to turn on any owner who abuses them, then return to their breeding ground. Their purple markings, serve to attract mates, and seem to have no other purpose.

The Bergaun were started by the Arkenneld clan. At first they were just an experiment. But they soon proved to be far more than any of the Dark Elves in the house had ever hoped for. Maya however, is the first Arkenneld in 100 years to have personally tamed one of these graceful aquatic steeds. Their breeding grounds are hidden deep within the Arkenneld lands. Known only to those who still care for these Kelpari.

Halifax

He was found amid the flotsam washed up upon the shoals of a rocky bay after a violent storm, with no memory of who he was, or where he was from. His distinctive physical beauty bespoke of one nobly born, and yet, try as they might, the residents of Heartsfield were unable to find his family, or anyone who would claim to know him. In time he recovered from his physical injuries, but his memory refused to return. He took the name Halifax, and settled in Heartsfield. Though his heart would pull him ever South, he chose not to follow it. Instead, he settled into care of the local lighthouse, creating a light in the dark so that others could avoid his fate: thrown upon the heartless rocks of Halifax Bay.

Inferno Peaks
Backstory: One day, a young Sylesti was swimming in the ocean minding himself. It was your typical day, the blue and green creature knew of, and he was residing to close to a trench in the ocean. He saw a bright light flicker down and his curiosity won him over. Unknown to him, this was a fire spirit- leading him to his pending doom. It was getting warmer the deeper he went and he thought nothing of it. What he saw was beautiful. An under water lava cavern was glistening with these small orbs floating around the unsuspecting Sylesti. The leader of the infernos swam in front of the male and he raises his head curiosly. The second he looked up, a bright light filled his senses as the leader inhabited the body. As soon as this happened though, his colors shifted into ones of fire and the cavern. Years after, the male was found controlling the many volcanoes around Sylestia, still hosting the many fire spirits that resided in him.

Cotton Candy



Over the rainbow, deep in the land of dreams lives a Kelpari by the name of Cotton Candy. Each night, when every young Sylesti has gone to sleep, she leads them through the land of dreams to frolic in Marshmallow Meadow. She protects them through the night from any nightmares that may harm them. As dawn arrives, she leads them back in time for them to wake up.

Red Dawn Star





On a day that was suppose to be full of joy and celebration, it was instead full of worry and suspicious whispers. The King and Queen had been so excited when they found they had been expecting a child. The Queen had stayed wrapped around the egg for days; whispering her love to the young one that had yet to hatch. But when the egg did hatch, the baby had such dark coloring and a mane of hair rather than water that no one could figure out how it happened. No one in the Kingdom had such dark coloring; and only their distant cousins on land had hair for manes. Everyone else was a light or pastel color and their manes were made of water. There were those in court who whispered of unfaithfulness on the Queen's part, and still others whispered of bad omens.

But none of these matter to the Royal Couple. They loved their son with all their heart. The sparkle in his fins reminded the King of a dawn filled with stars. So his parents had given him the name Red Dawn Star. Though he often went by Star despite being told by his tutors telling him that was more of a female name. As the young prince grew he knew that others looked down on him. It didn't take Star long to figure out that he was different and that it was that difference that caused the rest of the Kingdom to look at him with either disgust or fear. Star knew that the only reason he hadn't been run out was because he was an only child. Had there been a sibling the Crown Prince knew he never would be allowed to stay.

And when the King and Queen died in an accident, there were more whispers at the funeral. Whispers of how Star was responsible for his parents' deaths. If he had not been born than the King and Queen would still be alive. Others whispered how Star himself set the accident up so he could be King. The young stallion heard the whispers, but he didn't care about them. He knew that everyone would be watching him closely. So Star decided that he would do his best to be a good King. Not just for his people but to make his parents proud where ever they are now.

Reflection

Many people come to the reflection pool, the elders say it's a good place to go when someone wants to forget something. The people never remember what happens. She remembers though. She remembers all the faces and stories that have been told to her throughout the centuries. She rembers the feelings that are shared with her.
She helps them forget. She's never seen. She's never heard.
After all she's just a reflection.

Meet Kahunos.
Though his name means 'Breaker Waves', Kahunos is far more at home in the sky than in the water, preferring to spend his time among the stars. His dark coloring makes him nearly invisible, except for the flickers of luminescence that make it seem like he has a night sky of his own.
Kahunos is not the brash sort, but despite his thoughtful nature, often manages to stick his proverbial hoof or fin in his mouth, resulting in more than few escapades and adventures.

Note: He also visual Luminous Fins, but I put them on carry so that G2 Nebula could be seen since G2 and M2 currently conflict with each other.

Bastet

The Goddess of of cats, the home, fire, sunrise, music, dance, pleasure as well as sexuality, fertility, family, pregnant women and children. In her country of Egypt, Bastet has a fierce, protective quality about her that set her apart from her peers while young. She quickly gained her title of Goddess hood through many deeds from protecting her father Ra, from her nemesis, Apep, the serpent demon. Both Bastet and Apep have clashed swords against each other in the centuries, and each have earned a grudging respect of each other's skill in battle.

There is a soft attraction between the two from their countless battles against each other, and slowly, it has started to become something much more than just a simple grudge match against each other. In one battle between the gods and demons, Bastet was knocked down by an enemy and Apep, who has made it his mission in life to kill Bastet, sees that she has been knocked down by one of his own. Both are surprised when he comes to her aid. After the battle, they converse with each other, not trusting the other completely, about where they should go from there. Bastet offers the advice that they see where each other stands, before they try anything, or worse, be killed.

Queen Mystic
Purple Wish Kelpari

Mystic is my dream kelpari because when I was younger it was my dream to be a princess/queen and my favorite color was purple.

Once long long ago, deep under an ocean. Born through a child's dream, she grew up beautifully. Soon after her birth a kingdom was formed. Mystic grew up along side seven others to rule the kingdom. Her kingdom shines brightly because of all her efforts. She ruled her kingdom wisely and generously. Mystic lives as long as the child's dream. One that child no longer believed in her she will fade. Luckily for her their are other children who will take on the dream. That way Mystic will be immortal. She represents a child's wish. Each of the glow is a child's dream. Some glow brighter than others.
