"aw don't be so formal" Dyr said, patting Hymir on the head. "You kids are all so polite."
"He's 17." The black cloaked master said, making noise for the first time since walking into the room. "He will be my apprentice." He then walked away without another word. "Er- sorry about that." Dyr said. "Tacere can be a bit antisocial at times, but He can be sweet once you get to know him" "Yeah, like after 50 years." The green cloaked master snorted. Dyr made a point of ignoring him. "And last, but definitely not least, will Logan please step up"

Hymir-
He simply nodded before taking his place next to the Mage again. So they knew what he wished to do with his life? They knew he wanted to be a spy, how nice.

Marcurio-
"Is that not a guys name?" He asked quietly only to get glared at by the cloaked figure next to him. The cat shook her head.

Ase-
"Not in the way I use it." She said slightly annoyed.

Logan -
Logan quietly stepped up to the masters, seeing the green cloaked master was the only one left. He bowed and was reading to become an apprentice.

"Well, as I'm the only one left it looks like you're stuck with me." The master archer said, laughing. Dyr looked at the apprentice and master for a minute and then turned to address the rest of the room. "Now as for the reason we have finally decided to take on apprentices after all these years, is, well, we're not exactly young anymore. If evil were to attack this land, we need you minds to protect it. With youth comes new ideas and ways of thinking. It is those qualities we will need if the kingdom should ever be attacked. you will all work as a team and learn to put your individual strengths together and accommodate for each of your weaknesses, as we have done." He glanced out the window. "It's getting late. We will properly introduce ourselves and begin training you in the morrow. Caron here -" -He indicated the young boy from before- "Will lead you to your lodgings. Tomorrow morning you should all be at the dining hall at 6:30 sharp, no later."

Ase-
She jumped up clapping her hands together in excitement before helping the others to their feet. "Aren't you guys excited! We actually get to help defend the castle!"

Marcurio-
"It's a thought yes but I wouldn't say that I was excited for it." Ase lightly punched him again. "Ow! What was that for?!"

Ase-
"For being sour, why can't you just have fun?"

Hymir-
He slipped from the room before the others making his way down the hall.

"Well, umm. If you'll all follow me I'll show you to your rooms." Caron said shyly, moving to lead them through a maze of hallways, "I can't believe you guys get to be apprentices of the great masters! I've always wanted to be someone great, and you are being handed the opportunity."

"It is a rather exciting thought. I have an idea! How about after my lessons I can teach you everything I learn! That way you can help us if need be." Eteri said, smiling kindly.

"Really?" Caron said, blushing. "I'd really like that, if the head servant lets me." He stopped in front of two doorways suddenly, turning to face the apprentices. "Okay, girls on the left, boys on the right. You'll have to share rooms, but they're pretty big so it should be alright. bathrooms are at the end of the hallway to your right while leaving the room. your new apprentice outfits will be delivered shortly. See you later." He walked hastily off down the hallway.

Rooms: Tall and tower shaped, with a ladder leading up to three platforms, each about half the size of the room with cozy four poster beds, a desk, a bureau and weapons rack on each platform, the bottom floor having book shelves lining the walls, and a pile of fluffy pillows and blankets forming a reading nook under the half of the room that had the platforms, lit with warm blue lights (kind of like this: , but just the head and without a face.).


"Woah." Eteri said, at a loss of words.

Ase-
"Oh my! Look at this bed, we didn't have beds like this back at home." She said jumping on one of the beds. "It's like a cloud..."

Marcurio-
Once in the room he instantly changed from the ridiculous robes into his normal attire. "Lord!" He dove into the bed, covering himself up. "If I have to wear that thing for another day...."

Logan -
Logan nodded. He followed the others down the hall and walked into the room. "wow. This is amazing."

Marra -
Marra walked into her room and looked at the ladder to the top. "I call top beds!" She climbed to the top, looking at all the weapons. She picked up a spear, and threw in at the door accidentally. "My bad!"

"I call second to top bunk!" Eteri laughed, jumping into the middle bed and hugging one of her pillows.

A few minutes later a maid knocked on both doors before walking away, leaving six piles of clothing in the hallway, each one labeled with a different name.
(All outfts have pants and shoes, obviously, I just didn't go to the trouble of finding them all if I didn't think the were nessasary to the outfit. any weapons or belts or anything in the pictures aren't included in the pile)
Eteri's pile:
(but less rusty) (for casual training and feild trips), A short light grey cape-like cloak like Dyrs and changes of clothing of similar nature

Marra's pile:

and a cloak made of a brown material that felt extremely similar to a deers coat, but not quite, and changes of clothing of similar nature

Ase's pile:
, and a fluffy dark grey cloak that reminds you of a wolf, and changes of clothing of similar nature

Marcurio's pile:

but cleaner, brighter, and flashier and a royal purple cloak with a gold clasp to hold it on, and changes of clothing of similar nature

Hymir's pile: and a midnight black cloak with a hood that completly shades his eyes, and changes of clothing of similar nature

Logan's Pile:
(the master archer put it there as a joke) a long forest green cloak, and changes of clothing of similar nature


... So why did I make myself do this again? That was surprisingly difficult.
