"Though, I'm going to have to battle to get my Pokmon the moves they need to impress the judges" Leo told him.

Newt smiled " Oh its Quite alright, it happens sometimes " he said giving the Dratini a treat as well. " Oh and My goal is simple, I have research to do..."

Gradient shrugged. "Eh, I got kicked out of my house, so... Didn't really come out with a goal." He said casually, letting Piplup out. "I'll be fine; That much I'm sure of." He said, smiling. "I've got Eevee and Piplup here, haven't I?"

Ashley tilted her head and put on her thinking cap. "Hm... I guess I'm more of a breeder." She said, shrugging. "My family is one of the most well-known breeder companies after all. But I'm still going to be training my Pokemon up and looking for adventure!" She chirped, brightening up immedietely.

On the topic of nice, powerful families, Gradinet had raised an eyebrow. "Oh... My parents were former champions. And are now... I don't even know their jobs." Gradient said, furrowing his eyebrows. He swept his strawberry blond hair out of his amethyst eyes and shrugged. "Your parents must be impressive, Newt." He noted.

"Yeah! Your family sounds really cool!" Ashley added. "Silent battling is pretty awesome, I've heard." She said, plopping down on the grass.

"Oh, that's pretty neat." Leo said. "I wonder if Sylver is over her little tantrum, I swear, she can be so over sensitive sometimes" Leo groaned. "My mom is... well, a really good fighter" Leo said. "And my dad likes to participate in contests, he makes a lot of costumes, and he promised to help me when I start contests" Leo said proudly.

" Why thank you" newt said politely before listening to Leo, " That sounds interesting, something My sister would like I think... only if she wasn't so hot headed.." he said a little disappointing.
