Looking at the job, I see." you'd never seen him around before, but he threw a shovel and rake at you, "Clean the stables. You'll find fresh hay around the back. I want it done in an hour." I hesitate, and decide to drop into my house

I frown, trying not to yell at him in anger. Whatever. I get to work with animals, so it can't be that bad, can it? I decide to start working.

"I can do that," I said with a smile, "In fact, I'll get going right now." And so saying, I took the potion, said my farewells, and left the town by the south gate.

You yawned in the morning as you woke up. Bouncing out of bed, you found a cup of steaming coffee on your windowsill. Attached to it is a little note saying "Good luck ~Mum" yesterday night you'd told her today was the big day when you were going out on an adventure. Herbal smells drifted up to your room, looking outside you could see a slight reflection of yourself, your hair was messier than usual. Your backpack was behind you underneath your bed, all ready to go.

You scent of fish smells your nose as you enter, your father was cooking something in the kitchen. You could hear him humming away. Do you want to go to your room or go talk to him?

The horses stomp as you try to enter the stables, obviously not happy. They still had halters & lead ropes attached so you could tie them outside.
