You'd be creating an immortal 'group' because the sylestis in each group are always together.

But everyone is so impatient xD the roleplay hasn't even gotten that far LOL what I meant in the information on the immortals is that if someone roleplays their normal characters often and roleplays quite advancedly, they can apply for a group of immortals

Sure! In theory, you can create any kingdom that isn't claimed, but in Volvanois's case, the original owner came to claim it. So go ahead and do Umbra! :)
