In addition to what Krin mentioned, you also need to have cleared all story mode content prior to the megazone (Lost grove). The zone before is Astryl's tranquility- once that has been cleared, you can continue into the megazone (Lost grove).

Im currently just doing Stage 2 now, so its all individual. My only problem is that no matter how many bandits I defeat, it does not count. I dont know if its because the board is broken and it is actually counting, or what, but I just thought I should put it out there and such
