Emerie looked back at her fathers stoic face. He didn't even care about the fact that he was sending his only daughter to her death. She turned away and felt her world crumble apart and a panic attack coming on. She began to sob hysterically as her boat kept moving onward. The rhythmic voices of the villagers sounded like a death chant to her as she drowned in her despair. She felt her long hair gently touch the surface of the water
As their Singing ceased a sound that almost sounded like thunder sounded through the air and three ominous shadows joined the clouds before breaking the surface of the misty heavens, and in a flash you and your little boat were taken up, large talons piercing the wooden sides of the boat. as the sound of wings drowned out all other noise

In the force of being lifted he was thrown to the floor of the boat, where he drew his knees up to his chest. Val forced his eyes closed, gritting his teeth as he expected to either be dropped into the watery grave below or taken up into one of the beast's maw. Despite the commotion though the jet black raven managed to weasel her way into the boat, crouching near her master's face to prevent herself from being blown away by the great gusts of wind produced by the beast's wings.
You reached an altitude that made you dizzy, but things smoothed out as you shifted to a more steady glide, you could see now that the heavy red scaly plates above you seemed to be protecting you from the now heavy rain that pattered on the beasts wings and the very edges of the exposed boat.

Emerie screamed and felt her lungs tighten. Her hysterical sobs were soon replaced with wheezing as she clawed at her throat trying to get her lungs to breathe in oxygen. The boat rocked back and forth dangerously as Emerie felt her vision darken.

As the soft feathers of his companion rubbed against his face he calmed. It wasn't much but just knowing that Ebony was there was something. As the rain started to fall he drew his knees closer to his chest, flinching each time the drops hit him. Well at least the beast sheltered him from most of the weather. Val lay there with his eyes closed still, fighting to stay calm in order to keep from passing out.

The rain started to pour from the sky filling your boat as the talons and white scales above you shifted to better grip the boat and transition into a smother glide....

After a Couple of Minutes the beast entered what seemed to be a cave of sorts and your bot was dropped to the ground shattering and leaving you out of breath as two large paws struck the ground on either side of your Torso Talons screeching against the stone floor as a soft growl resonated above you a large read dragon With glowing gold eyes peered down at you

Wincing some he looked up at the animal, eyes wide in fear. Ebony was nowehere to be found, though he could lightly hear her wing beats above him as she fluttered down upon his chest. She clawed at the beast in what could only be a sad attempt to ward it off. Panicking now for a different reason, Val tried to get his legs to move enough to shimmy away from the creature.

The beast rared its head back at the tiny creature Before letting out a defining roar. As you scrambled backwards You hit your head lightly on the roof of a small out cropping big enough for you to fit in

Again he winced, unable to cover his ears as the roar echoed about the cave. Frantically he pushed himself back, numbing his head against the rock outcrop as he scrambled under it. Think Val, think! He had to get the ropes off of his hands at least. Ebony was circling the dragon now, taunting it by diving at its head every now and again. The man search about him, looking for a rock sharp enough to cut the rope on.

" Gah! geeze! would you cut that out you stupid Junkyard chicken!" you heard an angry agitated voice say, though it broke at the end their voice raising a bit
