Morgan's eyes followed the fox. "Yes, but..." she paused. "Someone's hurting."

Morgan stood, traveling to the window the fox had disappeared out of. "I don't know... someone close. Someone we know. One of us."

Spike licked her hand one last time before licking James. He looked at the yorkie. 'What did I get myself into?' he thought to himself before nodding seven times and starting.

"Well, my mom has...had...black hair and glasses. She had blue eyes though. Um, she was almost always cheerful, and there was nothing that could put down her spirits unless it was bills. Anyway, she is the one I remember mostly. She was almost always laughing. You could hardly keep her back from a good game of baseball, too. She was loving, and kind. She was the one that made sure we were all right when something happened, and the first to declare a contest on whatever it happened to be. Always cheerful. Harriette got that trait." James laughed shortly, but it sounded empty to his ears. Then his thoughts shifted to his dad.

"Dad is more tricky. He had black eyes and brown hair. There was hardly anything that could cheer him up. He was almost always in a sour mood, but that was just in the times I saw him. He was gone most the time. But when the robbers came, he actually seemed to genuinely care. Harriette has to tell you the rest. I don't know anything about the robbers and everything. I've told you as much as I remember." James quieted, going into a short reverie.

The laughing. Flames. Dad...he had actually cared. He had come out of his hard visage when needed most. If only they had all survived. Then they could be living cheerfully as a family. And his mom would be declaring a challenge on who could remember to hold their utensils right. James sighed, pulling him out of his memories.

Spike yipped at him, and covered his face in licks.

Felicia nodded, and the fennec fox appeared, yipping at them softly. "Let's go and help...if we can." she said.

Faith sat in the alley, shifting uncomfortably. She grabbed a piece of bread out of her bag and munched it slowly, thinking. She heard footsteps and when she turn to the sound she spotted people. She sat up startled and backed away, they had come back, again. She darted away from them and down deeper into the alley. The people followed and she ran deeper into the alley, weaving her way through the maze of alleys. She sighed when she realized they where still hard on her trail. She was about to go straight on a crossroads of alleys when she got hit by a vision.
She ran forward and a person jumped out and grabbed her arm. She tried to escape but she couldn't.
She stumbled slightly as the vision hit her, instead of going straight she went left. She looked behind her to see if they where following her still when she ran into a wall. Darkness folded around her.

She sat up, looking around, she was in a car now. The people opened the door and dragged her out.
"Finally got her," A voice stated as the people dragged her up to the orphanage door.
They knocked on the door and grabbed her wrist so she couldn't ran away. She waited, nervously, for the people to answer the door.

Wow. They sound so wonderful. I cant remember my parents. Everyone refused to tell me anything about them. I know the last orphanage definitely knew something about them, but everyone there disliked me and every time I asked they got angry with me. She said. Despite how sad she was feeling, she didnt express it. She seemed perfectly happy on the outside. She hugged him. Thank you. She whispered.

James stood awkwardly in the hug. "You're welcome?" He said back. "And...I'm sorry about the last place."
