"well i have to go to town soon for a supply run," she says grabbing her sadle and blanket for snowfall but she put the saddle down and puts it away "i think i can do with out it," she mutters and gets on her back "lets go girl," she says patting her side as they run off.

Locket chuffed softly and nuzzled the chief's hand. He heard a disapproving snort from his sister, but turned his head and uncharacteristically stood up for himself by nickering something back sharply and shaking out his mane.

Rocket paused at her brother's comeback, then tilted her head and conceded, accepting his decision since he stood up for it. She moved away from the gateway while waiting for the human to return with her horse, when the mare in the stall began to go into labor and she neighed loudly, running forward in the direction of where the human had gone and then stopping and going back to the stall, wanting to get the human but not allowing herself to leave the mare's side.

she stops "oh no not now," she runs as fast as she can back and gets ready. she pulls out her medical stuff and starts to get ready.

blackout's herd hears the nighs and comes down and watches for danger blackout the most he goes around turning his ears at the slightest sound.

Rocket stood right at the mare's side, but the balking stopped as she heard her herd come down. Spotting the human, her ears flitted back warily but she allowed the human to help since it would be best for the mare and her soon-to-be foal. Head turning as she surveyed the herd that had come to help, she was glad to see blackout watching for predators.

it's not long until blackout sounds the alarm snort saying "wolves north of us!"

snow fall kicked the door closed and locked it, she waited for luca to do what she did best. soon the foal was born with out any trouble and she left after she had made sure everything was stable.

blackout and the lead stallion gather the herd together to head to the mountains [the herd is always on the move and don't stay in one place for very long]
