Here's the mood chart I'm going off of:

"Tears of the Lost"

Black: Intense, Stressed
Brown: Troubled, Restless
Lime Green: Shocked, Surprised
Ice Blue: Fear, Scared, Panic
White: Hollow, Blank, Void
There's been a lot of death in my (extended) family lately and it's causing me to have a lot of these mixed emotions. I have no clue what to do with most of the feelings. Oddly enough, I'm taking all the death better than the rest of my family.

I'll try to work on it more, but I don't have much time between babysitting, family events, and visiting family members that are in the hospital.

EDIT: *looks at everyone elses' designs* Oh no that's a lot of depressed people.

Just a friendly reminder one and all, that we have only a few days left with in this challenge. If you haven't submitted a design just yet but are working on one, and or thinking about submitting one there is still time left. Please be sure to PING me your designs when you do. Those that haven't and aren't able to participate this week, again remember to PING me a heads up before deadline when you know fo absolute certainty that you are opting out. Otherwise, good luck one and all!

I want to thank each of you for participating thus far. I hope you are enjoying this challenge this week, and that it spoke to you a bit. I figured why not discover more about ourselves as individuals and learn to design from feeling and emotion. Hence, "Mood Ring" came to mind. And you all have not disappointed in the slightest. I am thrilled at your progress and what you have come up with. Below you will need to find your name and see what I have to say to you about your individual designs. If you have any questions, wish to simply talk, and or express concern please by all means reach out to me here and or through PM. Until then, keep up the amazing work!

@Unstaeble...I thoroughly enjoyed your explaining of each design, and the colors you use for those emotions/moods you were feeling as well. I believe some of us can defiantly relate to a couple of the designs, especially that rikki. I personally get a rush after a confrontation, as well as the shakes it seems. Even if I am being completely level headed and they are screaming, I still get that weird unexplainable rush so to speak. As for your ryori, we all feel that at one point in our lives. It is just a point in which you need to slow down, take it one step at a time, and remember to breath. It will be ok in the end. Your other designs were also beautifully done. Keep up the great work, and have fun on your trip!

@Dragon...By your descriptions of your designs, you defiantly live somewhere hot...Maybe even uncomfortably so at time. I am taking a guess here that your burn was a sun burn? That upon itself is a nightmare, and can be quite dangerous. And even if it wasn't that, any burn can be dangerous for that matter and it isn't fun to deal with. I am sorry you are in pain hon. And with the colors you chose, as colors can mean a lot of different things depending on different cultures and what have you, I can see discomfort coming through most defiantly. I wish you a speedy recovery, and until then keep up the amazing work that you do hon.

@Bunny...It is because of your designs, that I learned something new about the color green. From where I am, red is associated with the emotion of love and romance as is pink. But I didn't know that green was too on a global range. Very neat to say the least, way to go on that. With your free and stress design, you nailed the tension one might feel..It is a hard crisp display, good job on that. Your content designs(1st design), it is very pretty don't get me wrong there. But if there was a way to soften the colors you choose a bit away from the starkness that they are might help the design over all some. It is up to you, you really don't have to do anything with it but it is a suggestion for the calm and relaxed aspect of what I see. Otherwise, keep it up hon!

@Freki...I love your design hon. Your current situation was most defiantly conveyed with in the design, and your color choices spot on. As for the heat, I can relate but be careful. Especially if things such as plant life is dying off. That is a prime time for wild fires! For now though, keep up the great work that you do!

@Akira...I am actually thrilled at the idea that you came forward with the designs you did as well as the description of what you choose what you did. It means you really dug in deep, and put yourself out there. Many people would not want to expose themselves like that, and though you didn't per-say it is a step towards accepting and dealing with what is going on. Many would rather let it fester then acknowledge the situation is going on. So good for you on that hon, I am really happy that you gave us that insight. And though you may not know me, if you ever want to just talk. Hit me up on PM some time. Otherwise, I hope your college experience goes well for this upcoming semester. As well as your anxiety and depression along with your stress levels stay low. Keep up the awesome work you do hon!

@Shimeree...Your design is a very pretty one. I like that you exposed yourself as well in this matter, as there is more than likely a few of us that have found themselves feeling the same way. However, I noticed with your design some of the colors you mentioned you used are not quite visible, or at least I am having a hard time seeing them. The blue and violet are blending together and are not really standing out. Maybe either lightening one of them just a bit more might help the two seperate colors might help? And your grey color, where is it in your design? If it is a dark grey, it is blending into the black coloration you used. Maybe lightening it up a bit as well will help? These are just suggestions that you don't have to use or change. Your design is beautiful as is, I just figured to help others be able to see the different colors you used a bit more. Keep up the good job though with your designs hon!

@Limor...Your designs are very pretty Limor, you need to keep up with the great work that you do. As for your flight stresses, I believe everyone does have that or those issues from time to time. The lay overs, and will I make it in time to board, what if I am stuck in a security line and miss my flight, to lord knows what else. And anyone whom says they don't or haven't is full of horse sh*t. Maybe they don't to the same level as others, but there is always that little bit of anxiety with everyone. Especially if they are flying solo to and or away from home. Either way, it was beautifully displayed throughout your design. Very nice. As for your PTSD, Depression, and struggles. I may not have the PTSD, but I can relate with the other two. And I know how that can suck, especially if you try everything you can to shed a pound or two and still feel like you gained 10 or 50 pounds back. It can be daunting and can make you feel a wide range of things that aren't always good. Just remember to find some positive people to associate yourself with that won't poke fun and try to drag you down. Because you are beautiful/handsome just the way you are. I had to learn that the hard way. And if they can't accept you for you..Then they aren't worth your time. You deserve better. And if you ever want to talk too, just PM me and we can chat from time to time. Until then, keep shining like the star you are!

@Oreo...We all grieve differently hon. It may not seem to others that you are trully affect and or effected by the loss but you are. And you will deal with it in your own way. I am however, deeply sorry for all the loss that seems to be going on in your life. It is never an easy time for anyone to go through. I can see some of what you are feeling through your design. I cannot say I can relate, but I have been there to a degree many years ago and I know it wasn't fun. You find yourself wishing that you could have said good bye one last time, or said you loved them one last time, or anything just to spend that extra second or two with them one last time. It isn't easy, and there are so many different stages of grief. So keep dealing with it as you are, and take it one day at a time. And you are right, there are many designs thus far that exhibit depression. Maybe this challenge can bring us all together in a way in knowing we are not alone. Until then, keep up the great work hon.

Orange I have anxiety which causes high levels of stress for no particular reason. Like I know I shouldn't be stressed about it, but I just feel stressed.
Black - Dark Purple Loneliness, I struggle with face to face confrontations and sometimes even online conversation. I have friends, but for me, it's hard for me to accept it or keep it. The dark purple is because my loneliness causes me to become moody.
Light Blue Tired. I just came back from vacation and I am exhausted.
Violet Creative. I battle my negative feelings with creativity.

Somehow every Colour Chart was different o_O I used this one

Why did I use the colours like this?
My Illness was always part of my life, but I tried for it to be never in the Center of it. It's surrounding me. It's there and I know it, but it's not who I am. That's why I decided to use the dark green (Illness) and the yellow-green (worried) only on the feathers and the crown. They are surrounding and framing the main body without being the main part of it.
The teal (nervous) and the light blue (sleepy/tired) where used on the main body, because I'm just prone to getting nervous really easily and I'm tired nearly all day and all my life (partly due to my Illness as well), so I thought it should be the main part of the design/Body.
As for the light purple (excited): I can get excited really easily if it is about something I love. Be it my friends, my hobbies and such. And on another note, I try to see something good in any situation or something happy on a glooming day. Be it a nice flower on my way to the doctor, an unexpected call from a friend, a small butterfly sitting next to the road and such. That's why I wanted to sprinkle the light purple all over the design in small specks of colour.
