( this is what I live for- )

Raven, though, felt if she just stayed home like she always had before.. nothing would of happened. She felt horrible, like she had failed Ash in some way.. and so she said a soft, " I-I am s-so sorry.. " to him, because still she blamed herself more then anything.

"It wasn't your fault," He growled. Not in a mad kind of way, just trying to convince her that it wasn't her fault because it wasn't. "You need to stop beating yourself up over it." He kind of felt bad for ever bringing the subject up

" I-I know I should s-stop beating myself up for it.. but.. I feel like it is my fault.. " She murmured softly, cuddling into him more. " I feel like i-if only.. If only I had thought it through.. I feel like somehow, I failed you in some way.. "

He made her look him in the eye. "Raven. You will never fail me. You will never disappoint me, and no matter what happens I want you to know that I'm right here for you and that I always will be. If you would've thought it through then I would probably be dead right now."

Those words, though a bit painful, were something she needed to hear.. she knew Ash would always be beside her, or so she hoped.. but she hated the thought of what would of happened if he had died that day. She nodded a bit, and hugged Ash tightly again.. she didn't want to lose him, not ever.

(So...I have an idea. What if he says that they're bad for each other and then leaves, supposedly back to the island where his family is?)

He held her tightly as well, trying not to think about what would happen if he lost her. He planted a kiss on her forehead, his chest tight from the awful subject.

( Hmmmm I like thisss- Is this a horrible prank he is playing on her or does he genuinely think that? because if it is a prank I can make it worse- Well I can make it worse either way actually. )


Raven smiled a small, still slightly saddened smile at the small kiss. It calmed her down slightly, but still.. the subject was a heavy one, that quite honestly shouldn't be brought up.. it was much too painful.

(I'm pretty sure Ash wouldn't prank her like that, it's too mean, but let's hear your ideas. Maybe after he left Sawyer could approach Raven?)

"So, has the rabbit been behaving?" He asked, desperate for a subject change, even if it was an annoying one. "If he hasn't, tell me and I can always take him back."

( Mmmm yeees- But no matter if it is or isn't a prank I kind of sort of wanted a bit worse to happen- Yeah Sawyer can approach her- but with no one to protect her anymore.. Cliff could also approach her. Not do anything- but he can definitely scare her half to death. - I forgot my other idea - )

Raven smiled a bit at this, " No he's behaving enough.. though he seems not to like you. What did you do to make him so upset with you? " She asked playfully.

(Yes! With both Sawyer and Cliff going at her? Think about all the fun we're going to have with that...)

"Maybe it's because you love me more," he said, hoping for an answer that confirmed that thought. Then he could rub it in Ash Jr.'s face
