"The question is, what will you do?" Siberia chuckled. "As you probably know, I won't enter the battlefield unless you call me, so what you do is all up to you." He chuckled. "Of course, though, I suggest striking, retreating, and luring them in deeper into my lands. Then, pincer them from behind and prevent them from getting out. It's simple, let my cold do the killing."

"I am Germany's ally, so I follow wherever Germany goes and I help out wherever I can... Though usually Germany helps me out more than I help him...." he added as an afterthought.

"Say, Italy." Atlantis looked thoughtful. "Do you care about the people in your country? Does it matter to you if they live or die?"

"Retreating? Isn't that a coward's battle strategy?" Russia asked, frowning.
"Not if it's an offensive strategy!" Belarus said, grabbing his scarf.
"Oh. But I may need some assistance. Where is Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia?" Russia asked, looking around.
"Oh, they're hiding." Belarus said, he voice full of contempt. "They've claimed to be 'neutral' countries."
"Ah. What about Ukraine?" Russia asked.
"Collaborated with Germany." Belarus said flatly.
"Then that leaves me with...." Russia froze.
"Brother..." Belarus said, smiling sweetly.

"Ve ~ Very much so! We Italians have this secret survival tactic if we are losing in a war!" Italy said. "It's called surrendering! I really don't like England shooting at me, but Doitsu helped me out after WWI, so I'm helping him out!"
