He was suspicious of her words, keeping a careful eye on the liondog. DeHaro wasn't exactly sure his talents as an animal whisperer went this far.

Foo dog tilt her head at Leah's slip up, so her human self was a target to somthing. It confirmed two things in the guardien's mind, the male warior wasn't with the female one and it wasn't a common human ritual otherwise they woudn't have ask. She sat down, her jaw still firmly shut and fangs still exposed, showing her unwillingness to go anywhere.

DeHaro wasn't so easily fooled, but let it slide, holding his hand out to the foo dog to sniff.
"Is she bothering you? I can make her stop." He whispered to her, gesturing at Leah.

At first the creature recoil at the strange gestual of the human, no respectfull wariors would risk their hands without a raison so she assumed it was some odd way to show that they were on the same side and she let her jaw relax a bit while leaning forward to lightly poke it with her nose. The question was also a surprise to her and she nodded agreeing to it.

DeHaro gave the liondog a nod and turned back to Leah. "I don't know who you are, but unless you want a fine for causing a public disturbance at this hour, I suggest you run along back to your gang."

"'Target.'" He just shook his head. "Your mannerisms are really shaky and forced too. Like you're faking something. I've been doing this job for too long now, you're going to have to try harder."
He glanced back at the foo dog. "You should really get out of here too, I don't think there's anything in the ordinance about giant animals, but I don't really think now's the time to write one."
