She sighed and her eyes showed some grief. "She was murdered. Kua didn't feel safe in her house for some reason that night, so I offered for her to stay with me. I needed to get some food like I usually do on Fridays. I left for an hour or two, nothing more. When I came back, I went to the kitchen to put everything away. That's when I saw her in her own blood. One of her horns was completely broken off and the other was broken in half. She was stabbed with them at least ten times in her chest alone." Her hands balled into fists and they started to shake. "I immediately called the authorities. They found me crying over her. The worst part? They never found who did it. She tried to keep your promise, Nikkie. I guess it just was her time."

Nikkie was quiet for a long time before dropping his hands to his sides. "Thanks for telling me." He says quietly, letting you go on your way again.
Zach looked shocked and offended. "That's just rude! Why would someone want to kill her? Everyone has a right to life." Then he bites his tongue and follows the Ceffyl Dwr out.

She started walking towards the exit. "I dont know, okay? She was a sweet, sweet, dragon. Yes, she was sometimes hot-headed and did idiotic things but she is... was... such a nice dragon." She fell silent, and tried to focus on the path.

At this point I'm very scared. "Yes. It is true. There was this one time where I was supposed to be doing something, can't remember what it was now, but a spider distracted me. I ran, found a jar, caught the spider and put him outside." A few moments later I realize something. "Wait, how do you know my language? Are you a scholar, ma'am?"

The path is the same as you had left it. You can go back the way you came or continue down the other path, which has a lot of feathers.

"This Labyrinth has no bounds on many things. You may just be speaking and understanding my language and not realizing right now. Who knows. But that is beside the point. You have saved our little kin and we must thank you. Call on us when you need us with this," the spider queen motions to a stringed insturment next to you. "And if you need anything at the current moment, we'd be pleased to help." The spider queen says. All the spiders do look eager to help you.

She started running down the other path with her increased endurance. She looked back and said, "Well? Keep up, Zach!"

"Trying." Zach says, flapping his wings and catching up with you via flying. "Warning, up ahead is-"
"Lunch!" Someone - or something - says from up ahead. A big feathered bear charges towards you. "I've been waiting for you!"
Zach screeches to a halt in the sky above you.
The Ceffyl Dwr was trotting next to you, easily keeping up. It nickers and inclines its head to the feathered bear.
"Okay, you are not Lunch, but those guys are." the feathered bear says, gesturing to the two with a heavy claw.

(Sorry for not answering sooner.)

(Eh. It's fine. I've been obsessing over my little Purple Peony Lupora anyway.)

"Holy hexes. We are not lunch. I don't feel like being eaten today, thank you very much." She stares at the feathered bear. "Zach, how can we get out of this?" She used her telepathy again.

"Not sure." Zach replies after falling out of the sky for the second or third time since he's gotten in the Labyrinth.
"I just like Lunch. Even if it be Breakfast time, I'll still say Lunch. Sorry if you got confused with that." The feathered bear says. "Call me Kikiyawonawi. Though, of course, that won't matter, since you'll be in my stomach and won't have any need to say anything to me. Talking of speaking, my stomach is speaking up and I want to eat you." Kikiyawonawi swipes at the two of you, his claw snagging on Zach's wing.
"Hey, hey, paws off." Zach says, instinctively pulling his wing back, which caused a tear in his wing. Kikiyawonawi chuckles, stalking forward.
