"Should they be immune to my touch, that is okay as well. You just need to keep them deep in my lands long enough." Siberia chuckled. "The average human can go on five to seven says without food. Even less without water, but they can get that from all the ice. We need to lure enough of them so when they die it takes a chunk out of their numbers."

Your brother may be alive now, but that may not be the case after you eliminate much of the people in the world. What do you want, Germany? Endless bloodshed?" She frowned in distaste. "If you wanted your brother to wake up simply because you want to kill more people, then, I must say, you are..." She trailed off and shook her head. "This is my fault, is it not?"
