"No point. That forest is a nightmare of denseness and they always disappear anyways." Lish shrugs, though you notice he's developed a small tic in his eye.

Vriyan coughs. "Um, it's like, noon, do you guys wanna grab some food or something...?"

Vriyan and Meink taje tge lead this time. As Lish explains, "they know the good places better i dont get out as much or live dhere as long."

"Uh, two years ago? Ish? Hard to say, officially one year almost, unofficially two years. Though honestly i've moved around a bit." Lish shrugs, giving a vague answer. You remember Meinke mentioning that Lish isn't actually a Xandori, though the family considers him as one and that he's had a bit of a messed-up past.

Lish thinks for a moment before speaking. "Well....Let's just say that my biological father is kind of like trash. Smart trash. Went on the run for a while, ended up bouncing around in the foster system for a while, settled in with Meinke's family after one too many an adoption attempt." He shrugs. "No big deal. I'm fine now, and so far there's been no trouble. Well, mostly. I gotta say, Nic Marker is really good at dragging people into stuff even if he won't admit it."

"A guy who gets involved with too much stuff." Lish pulls out his phone and pulls up a picture of a very emo-looking kid who looks like he's had a punk streak roll over him at some point. "Unofficial real heir to the Marker business,, actual head of the STEM club at the Academy, hates people but people love him since he can fix their stuff. He lives across the street from you right now." You ecognize him as the guy you saw earlier in the morning carrying boxes to a pickup truck.
