The image link you're using doesn't work, period. I experimented with putting periods in various different places, but it just doesn't work no matter what. What I do is search for gifs on Google, right-click, click "open image in new tab", copy the link, then put it inside the image things. I don't know where you got the link from, but it isn't going to work.
