Nicote gingerly touched one of his new scars, a dark black mark on his wrist. "Better then I hoped..."

Astra frowned. "Ummmm... maybe we should keep this talk for later. I think there's something that guards this stone."

Taeri
"Banshee! Cover your ears and run!" Taeri cried after a couple seconds in a trance.

(Banshees have a voice so horrible, hearing them could be lethal.)

She made a face and covered her ears. She followed Taeri.

Taeri
Taeri lead them back to where they'd entered, and shouted, "Eyddr onr eyra."
(Empty your ears. She made them unable to hear, and, therefore, protected them from the banshee.)

"Why did we even join them if they aren't going to let us help?!"
"Calm down Dexion, we can always find more work elsewhere. It's not like we signed a contract bounding them to use." Dorian answered from where he was polishing up one of his amulets.
"But still! They drag us all the way out here and this is what we get? Unbelievable!"
"They just want to keep us safe."
"But she let the other two go! Urg! I'm capable, I might not act like it but I am!" The elf was pacing the mark on his hand sparking to life. "We could still be in town, staying in that inn and spending time with one another but no! Instead we are out lost in the wilderness!"
"Well who's to say we can't spend some time together? It's not like we are doing anything else at the moment. Who knows it might even help your mood." The mage said as he rose to his feet. In a kind and loving motion he wrapped his arms about Dexion holding the elf close to him.
"What if they come back?"
"So what if they do? They can just leave again instead of interrupting." The man said with a kind smile. "They left the tents, so it's not like they would see."
"It has been a while..."
"Then shall we?"
"Sure but nothing that we can't get out of if they do come back and need help!"

Saria
Without looking up from hir gear, which shi was polishing, Saria said, "Go ahead. I won't let anyone interrupt, unless we're under attack."

The two flinched at the other voice. "Wait you atayed behind?" Dorian asked a slight scowl deepening his brow. "So your own sister wouldn't even let you go with her?" Though at the nudging he got from the elf he was forced away from the conversation. "Just, just call if we are needed." It wasn't like they were going to be doing anything more than playing about, not when there was a fight that could come knocking at their very door. That was done when there was certainty that someone wouldn't come to interrupt. For now the cooing and compliments would have to make do.
