I can't help it, Nyx...I make the shinies. It's what I dooooo...
In other news! Since Spelf inspires me to try to work with traits that can be tricky to integrate aesthetically into a 6V design, I have discovered a lovely combination for the Lost Castles that makes use of Rippling Runes in what I think is a very charming way. Behold!
 
The G3 Rippling Runes swirls work harmoniously with the swirls in the wings, and the G1 is dark enough to provide just a little texture to the background without overwhelming the delicate patterns...and in the males you can hardly see the G1 Clown Triggerfish at all. The G2 Water Sprite keeps the body from being too dark, providing contrast, and matches the fade at the end of the wings. Over all, I think it's quite balanced! ^.^ |

My Lost Castles are not doing a great job of giving me traits that I want. Before I disrupt them, I want to see whether anyone likes them as they are. I could swap or possibly even sell.
Edit: Only the one above is left. The boys below already found their new homes.

I'll swap any of mine for those spark stripes
