The teacher starts talkign more general info before going into the science behind numbers (which i'm too lazy to write because i'm personally screaming at my chemistry homework that's full of equations right now.)

(I figure he has a really great memory, thats how he tends to get through math notes, just needs to hear them one or two times. He's also just naturally good at math so that helps)
