1. Will this cost me any/much money. If so, how much?
Opening a regular savings account does not cost any gold.
The business savings account have monthly fees - 1000 gold/month for a basic account and 7000 gold/month for a Plus account.
Services, which include item storage and day care, consist of 2,000-10,000 gold a month.
The services and business savings account are optional.
2. Can I upgrade/downgrade my account?
Yes, you upgrade by depositing enough gold to reach the next level of account type. You downgrade your account by withdrawing gold to go under the minimum balance for that account type.
3. The minimum balance thing, that's the minimum amount allowed in your account, correct?
Yes, at the bare minimum to have a regular account, you need 1000 gold in that account.
