"no I have to say this now" I hissed in a dangerous tone making a shiver go up my spine the energy in me bubbled up in anger, "I have had enough of your drunk a$$ around this house!" I yelled at the drunk father in front of me " Does not mean my mother dies when I am 5 you have tortured me for the last 9 years!" I screamed at him "you are no father to me!" I ran up the stairs entering my room slamming the door and grabbing my back pack.

I grabbed my clothes and threw them in then I grabbed my phone and my laptop into my bag, I opened my bathroom door grabbed my brush, toothbrush, and shower items. I stomped out of my room and went straight to the door 'Jax I am leaving my house first I have to deal with my drunk father' I hissed through my link.

He closed his eyes for about a minute and opened them but nothing happened. He shook his head, "Nothing..."

He slightly glanced up but went right back to his phone after. You dashed into the foret.

"Okay, you probably won't like this, but we need to know if you can transform. Be ready to change into anything with wings," I warn him, before weakly hopping towards the nearest opening in the tree and looking back for a moment, "I trust you." I then let myself fall out of the opening.

Jax padded out of the woods and waited. You saw him nod at you through the window.
Your sister poked her head out of her bedroom door, "Are you okay? I heard you screaming... I thought he might have hurt you again." she seemed genuinely worried then she saw your bag, "Are you leaving?" she stared at you shocked.

"Oh come on I have to go I can't live with him, not with the way he treats me" I whined to her and hugged her flinching back in pain as my cheek hit her shoulder, "I am really sorry".

'Hey, Jax can my sister come?' I asked through the link. I looked through the window towards Jax "I just asked my friend if you can come with us" I said, looking at my sister in hope as I walked down the stairs waiting for something to happen.

"Holy!" he cried and jumped out of the tree after you. He grabbed you out of the air and flipped around so he would hit the ground instead of you. You heard him mumble something that sounded like, 'please work.' before he transformed into a golden pheasant.

After we landed, I looked up at him. "I knew it would work. I could only transform when I was scared for your life. Apparently, you can only transform when you're scared for my life. Cool, all we have to do to transform is have the other one almost die!" I laugh, trying to lighten the situation.

"Don't care." he replied with a small nod, "let me turn human first though so she doesn't freak out then I'll go wolf. She'll freak out either way but I'd rather her not run first thing." he shifted back to human form and leaned on a tree. He already had a new black cap on.

"Are you trying to give me a heart attack?" he asked with a concerned look, "Whatever. Are you okay? Hurt?".
