Go to his page and click on the "View Prices" button. Then hit purchase and he will be sent your hatchery.

The easiest way is to click the little @ symbol in the bottom right corner of their last post.

There is also a little bar when you are writing your reply that has "Ping Users" above it. Just put their username there. Then write out whatever you want them to know.
