As for the critique:
My main critique for you is that your colors all are all very similar and blend together: I suggest darkening some greens and lightening others. I'd also love to see the browns of the tree trunks and blue-whites of the snow. The combination of back stripes and advanced runes means you can barely make out the stripes, so I'd change one of them or get rid of one of them.
