Hey all. Just a quick reminder that the Diamond Sale ends today.

I have also seen a lot of the feedback regarding the Secret Map drop rates. I am continuing to monitor all of that and I am making adjustments as needed. As I try and always do with new features, I always error on the side of it being too rare than too common; because I can always add more into the system but cannot take them away.

Late yesterday, I further increased their frequency within The Lucky Pot - this is in addition to the previous increase a few days ago. I will also be looking at upping their drop rates from the Lost Grove in some capacity either later today or tomorrow. I haven't yet decided where and how for that one just yet.

I will say though, that the Secret Maps are intended to be quite rare. The T3 and T4 prizes are very lucrative for players who are at those points in the Lost Grove. The system was meant to be very prize heavy, not very play heavy. I am trying to find the best balance that I can between the two without overdoing it. I do not want to trivialize all of the work that goes into progressing throughout the Lost Grove content by just cashing in a couple dozen Secret Maps.

I'd like to say thank you for the Lucky Draw game. I'm schizophrenic and often use repetitive games that require thought to keep my brain too busy to act up, something I was taught by my therapist. The last couple of weeks have been 'bad brain days', and Lucky Draw has actually been a great way to distract. I'll miss it once the event is over.

Lucky Draw is based on a common sort of card game that exists outside of Sylestia (not sure what it's called, though, sorry), so when the event ends, you can probably find a similar online card game to play when your brain's acting up (:

Yeah, a lot of apps have in game advertising though. Which is jarring because for some reason app makers think the advertisement needs to break your eardrums. This has been nice because it doesn't have ads interrupting or a lot of distracting elements that break my concentration. I've already started poking around for something similar, though.

Ah, yeah, that makes sense. I mostly play those sorts of games on my laptop and I have a pretty good adblocker, so that aspect just slipped my mind. Good luck finding something, though!

I have added a new Daily Task to the Event Task Log: Complete Daily Tasks. This new Task will award the following item:



Since this is a Daily Task, it can be completed every day for the remaining duration of the Fortune Event. If you have already completed a Daily Task today and the new Task is showing 0 progress, it will automatically update the next time that you progress or complete a Task. If you have already completed all 5 Daily Tasks today, send me a PM.

I have also increased the spawn boost for Maeve the Cursed that players receive daily. It was increased by 33% from what it was awarding prior. This should make it a bit easier for players to find Maeve for the first time each day.

Finding Maeve for the first time wasn't really a problem for me, it was more so finding her a second time. However, lately I have been finding her a few times so I guess my luck has changed, I don't know.
