Hm. I bet what happened is that you've created 4+ of the Majestic Catalysts and that it overcounted that category. So instead of looking for 14 + 8 + 3 = 25... it went 14 + 7 + 4 = 25.

Hi Krin,

I was trying to use sticky goo on a two carried majestic brew, but I keep getting an error message that says sticky goo can only be used with visible traits. Is this intentional? If so, the text is misleading. Had I known this, I would have seriously considered saving up for an exceptional blood instead.

So I took a look and this is a thing in all of the growing features for the four major Festivals. However, I could not really discern a reason as to why it is a thing. Additionally, the Sticky Goo does not declare that it only works for Visible Traits.

So, I went ahead and removed that error check. Hopefully it does not cause any unforeseen issues. =P

Thanks Krin! Unfortunately, it is still giving me this error message: An Error Occurred!
This Additive requires an open Trait Slot.

If this turns out to be a more complicated fix than anticipated, don't worry. I can make it through the festival without it. I am more surprised that no one else ever tried this and then wondered if it was an accident or not.

Ah. I see. So, the issue is that Majestic Catalysts go from 1 Trait Slot, to 2 Trait Slots, back down to 1 Trait Slot, to 2 Trait Slots when upgrading Blood Vials. This causes a problem where if someone uses a Lesser Blood Vial for 2-Carried and then uses two Sticky Goos and then upgrades to a Greater Blood Vial... now there's a problem; you've saved two Trait Slots but the Pet will only have 1 Trait Slot filled.

I did the best I could with this issue in mind and it should now work correctly. However, it will only let you apply one Sticky Goo to a Majestic Catalyst unless you've upgraded it to an Exceptional Blood Vial.

It works just like described now, thanks! A bummer that I can only use one, but the reasons make sense.
