It would be the entire zone with how I'm thinking of coding it. There would basically be 3 difficulty options:
Difficulty 3: Vexxar level difficulty with max boosted rewards
Difficulty 2: Lost Grove level difficulty with boosted rewards
Difficulty 1: Pre-Lost Grove difficulty with default rewards
Players would have the option to set the difficulty when entering / spawning the zone. If they want to change the difficulty, they'd have to exit the zone and switch it.
Really hope this is implemented soon. I am level 75 but I don't have my pet skills ranked, or better armor. I still can't beat LG Caves to get to the Temple. It hardly seems fair to have to fight vexxar difficulty.
I hit level 75 before I had even unlocked the caves, and it still took me a while to do so. Understandably that's a skill issue but no one should have to have perfect knowledge of game mechanics to progress at all.

Just a suggestion for the new difficulties being created. People were talking in chat and it looks like the first time you beat the horseman you get a pet. We were hoping that for the Vexxar level it could be a zombie or halloween 2vis, for LG level it could be a 1vis version of those, and maybe for pre-LG level a random zone pet? Could be 2 carry or 1vis but then even for lower levels you would get a pet for your first defeat of him.
I know you're probably already thinking of ways for how the rest of the reward pool will go so I'm not really gonna comment on that until it's put in place. Thanks so much Krin for doing this for us who aren't so far down the line in the story and aren't powerful or knowledgeable enough for fighting the harder bosses. We always appreciate it. ^-^
