I would like One Grey Wolf, One German Shepard and One African Wild Dog. I would like to pay with diamonds. Seeing as I've never paid for anything with diamonds, how do I transfer your payment?

I'll put you down for those.

And the way it works is that when I need the payments, I'll set up exchanges in the "Exchange" under the trades menu, then you go look for it and accept it. More specifically, the exchange will likely be 1gold for 360 diamonds and you will technically be "buying" the gold from me.

Not yet. I usually wait until I have a few more orders, then I'll set up the exchanges. (though since orders have slowed down quite a bit, I may do it in a week or so)
