"With THREE pets you have to make a ORIGINAL* 4-course meal."
*you can make any country/state food you want for the 4-course meal

Oggi
(Today)

Antipasto: Bruschetta

For this appetizer bread was toasted over real coals, then rubbed down with garlic, drizzled with olive oil and topped with tomatoes and sea salt.
We see a topping of tomato, caramelized balsamic vinegar and Grana Padano (cheese).

Insalata: Insalata di Rucola e Mozzarella di Bufala

A lovely salad with rocket (Rucola), olives and buffalo mozzarella (mozzarella di bufala - cheese).

Primo piatto: Ossobuco

The Entree Ossobuco (bone with a hole) is a Milanese specialty of cross-cut veal shanks braised with vegetables, white wine and broth. The recipe includes carrots, celery and onions. This time the veal is served with pasta.

Dolci: Tiramisu

The Tiramisu is a coffee-flavored dessert. It is made of ladyfingers (Italian: Savoiardi) dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavored with cocoa.

Buon Appetito!
Enjoy your meal!

With TWO pets you have to make a ORIGINAL* 4-course meal.
I choose Mediterranean style food.

Appetizer: Stuffed Grape Leaves
Grape leaves stuffed with rice, herbs and occasionally meat are very popular in the Mediterranean. The rice is cooked with herbs and broth, then drained. It will then be seasoned with dill, parsley, salt and pepper. The grape leaves are blanched in a pot of hot water before being dried and stuffed with the rice mixture. They are often drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice before being served. They can be eaten hot or cold.

Salad: Tomato, Basil and Feta Cheese Salad
A tomato, basil and feta cheese salad marinated in olive oil is commonly served before meals in Greek homes. Sometimes red onions or cucumbers are added for extra flavor.

Entree: Greek Garlic-Oregano Roasted Chicken
Greek style chicken is usually served roasted with olive oil, lemon juice and herbs. Different types of vegetables may be added to the meal, such as potatoes, asparagus, tomatoes and greens.

Dessert: Kataifi

Kataifi is a popular Mediterranean dessert made with chopped nuts, cloves and cinnamon inside of a buttered kataifi dough bathed in lemon syrup. The dough is first shredded, then drizzled with melted butter. The nut and spice filling is then spooned inside of the dough. The kataifi is then baked for about an hour before being drizzled with the lemon syrup and served.

Traditional/Cultural Indian Meal 4 Pets

Appetizer- Bread Paneer Rolls

Spicy bread Paneer rolls are great as an appetizer and a tasty compliment for afternoon tea. This is very easy and quick recipe to make. Paneer, is an Indian cheese also known as chena that is liked by all and used in many dishes. Bread paneer rolls are made with spiced paneer rolled in bread.

This healthy and refreshing colorful salad can brighten up any meal. Perfect for summer brunch or served with any meal.

Chicken marinated for hours in a paste of yogurt and spices, and then roasted (traditionally) in a clay oven called a tandoor.
