For three head width, I meant usually the width of the shoulders is equal to three heads ? in human anatomy at least. And I kinda got that the full figure would have made the breasts look more normal =) it often happens when you 'cut' your drawing...

Ahh!! Yes! That! That completely slipped my mind. Shows you how long it's been since I took/practiced my figure drawing lol. But yes, you're completely right, and for the most part with anthro characters it's the same thing, though it does very to person to person depending on their style. Either way, I agree that the shoulders should be a little broader at the very least.
