Aside from the anatomy issues that have already been raised...
I kinda dislike how scruffy the feather detail makes 'em look. Admittedly, that's a personal thing, though.

Ah, the linearts look so nice and graceful compared to the kind of clunky current aurleon.
Look at the girl's toesies! Aaaahhhh!
Dynamic~
(also, the babies look kind of like baby ratites, like emu, and amuse us greatly)
On the critique side of the line, though:
Though, I feel like the male's neck is weirdly curved, and something strikes us as off about the wings? Like... something about the elbow on the closer one?
In terms of wings, tricky buggers that they are (so, so painful to draw, wh y), their primary and secondary feathers are layered, so the female's right from about the fifth primary in but the male's are layering the wrong way around.
The other thing of note about wings is that it's more like... secondaries go at kind of an inward angle from the elbow towards the body. The space between the... arm... pit? wingpit?/shoulder and the elbow is mostly tertiaries, coverts and body feathers rather than there being anything quite like what these aurleon have between those points... Uhm. (why must birds be so painful. Evil, evil dinosaur children. Birds. Are. Such. A. Pain. To. Draw. Also, I do not have any particularly decent photos of swans, which these aurleon may be more drawn off, than this so... old photos of seagulls it is! Or maybe they're... some kind of heron base, given the toes? *sudden flashes to some herons with necks at full extention**shivers* w h y)
The female's neck-chest size ratio seems a bit too skewed towards neck and the size of the primaries on the far wing seems to be larger than the near wing?
The beaks also look... kind of glued on? Like the current beak mutations, rather than the current beaks.
(I note that some people have mentioned the tails. And, while I am well aware of exactly how well birds do not fly when divested of tail-feathers, I like the aurleon tail .`c.

They look GORGEOUS! The longer neck is a fabulous idea, they look like swans and cranes now, that opens up a lot more options! Gosh, i can't wait to see the finished result!
I must agree with the other anatomical critiques though. femininity doesn't have to mean small/thin, many of the species look fairly the same excluding the pose!
that said, i've wanted to say for awhile now that i'm super proud of your skill improvement, from when this site first started to now, you've totally evolved and it's been so lovely to see.

Great job!
I like it all, except for the female's head. I love the pretty and elegant eyes of the old design. But other than that I really like this new style :3
