Neon Puffadores (STAT project)

They are currently at 1000 health and ~70 base stats. One pair will be breedable later tonight and I need pies to increase the age of the second pair so they can be bred at the same time (two pies = maxed stat puff at the end + free offspring from any previous generation, infertilized of course)
