Overall I am very happy with the revamp, they look so much better! However, even more genes were affected :/ For instance, I had caught and used a gene philter on my kelpari Marshal:

...I gave him the glowfish gene in slot one. Before, the marking would show up as black on his green skin. But not it's showing up green on green and I can't even see it D: I was wondering if I could change GC1 to match his main second color as well as changing the colors as you graciously provided?

I have sent you FOUR pms and as yet have had no reply. Seems to me it would be a lot easier for everyone if you just set all of them to be full regenerate-able instead of arbitrarily deciding which slots in what colors we absolutely have to keep...whether or not we like it.

Please be patient. I realize his profile says he's online, but he's likely offline at this moment. Also there are several players on this website. It could be he's still systematically going through all of his pms at this moment. At which point I want it now mentality is unreasonable.
Perhaps we've been bad influences?
I realize this is the generation of 'I want it NOW' but that's just too bad, because I'm from the generation of 'If you want it, WORK for it, because real life doesn't include instant gratification.'
I am 51, not 15 and I am NOT impressed, so, again, get over it. This means I have ZERO sympathy for you.

We started, he and I, this discussion at somewhere around 3 am Eastern Standard Time this morning. I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume a good sized portion of the membership is asleep then, yes?
As for influence...unless you're in your seventies, that's highly unlikely as I'm in my fifties myself. I do not mind the actual fix taking a while, but to not at least acknowledge he received the PMs, is a bit impolite. Just a note in the thread here that they were received would be good.

If he had received them then it is conceivable he would have already fixed it.
No, I'm not in my 70s. I'm implying that perhaps hanging out with people younger than you has rubbed off on you in terms of behavior.

Just as an FYI, Krin usually doesnt message back until he's addressed the concern. So I doubt you will receive a "received" response until he's fixed the issue. This is just speaking from experience when Ive had errors in the past. He will get to your message, and everyone elses when he has a chance. And also, he deserves a break and some sleep and food.

Hey! I understand your concerns, I really do. Just remember to be patient, alright <3 Sometimes he's sleeping, eating, dealing with IRL issues, or just hanging out with his lovely wife Fai c: It can take him up to 48 hours or so to deal with issues/ fixes/ PMs and sometimes he'll forget to respond in general! In addition to that, you can view if he's read your messages by clicking 'sent messages' so you know that if he hasn't seen it, he's clearly offline! If he has ready it, then you should assume he got busy before he could fix it!
I hope this clears up a few things for you C:

I figured out how to re-generate them, thanks.
Will this affect the eggs in my hatchery? They were all bred just before this change occurred

Unfortunately, I haven't learned how to code while sleeping yet.
I am now writing a script so that I can fix the submitted pets.
There is no need to send multiple PMs. I have always read every single PM sent to me so I will get to it as soon as I can.

I can answer that one, Jewelz--yes, it will affect the eggs you bred just before the re-vamp went live.
*pushes chocolate chip cookies into the disk drive and sends them to Krinadon* Stick and move, champ! "You are the Special."
