Everything seems to be running smoothly for me. I had the same issue as Blue a minute ago but it's not a problem anymore.
This new battle system is gonna take some getting used to though
(But I like it!)

I love the fact that you can chat with others in zones now! However I've noticed that after you type something in the zone chat, even if you just erase it, the menus to use an attack, finisher, or to manage your party don't appear if you press the corresponding letter key, even If you click the page, which normally gets you out of chatting.
Other than that, I think the update is pretty cool

The zone chat hasn't been coded yet, so atm it doesn't do anything. It's just a text area and a box.

I love the concept and for the most part, think it is awesome. The keys are uncomfortable though; too close together, my fingers keep tripping over themselves.
Some games I've played have the option to set the keys to a way that is more comfortable to the user; if they had small fingers or large ones, or maybe even something wrong with their hands. Do you think there might be the option to set the keys to something of our choosing, somehow?

I'm sure custom keybinds will see the light of day at some point. But atm, that'd involve more coding and a UI to choose custom keys.
So for now the only option are the pre-set keys.

Just out of curiosity... right now, are we able to 'find' any items after a battle or is that still in the works?

Items don't drop as of now. I expect that to be added in when the Named is coded in.

I love the new setup, but I miss how streamlined battling used to be. I really don't like having to select attack or finisher and then the attack and then the enemy... It was so much simpler before. >-<
