I understand why you put the event in zone 3 but I still feel left out I am still in umbra forest and I just got through farina's shrine and am on my way to find Casius in Enigmatic Grotto when I clicked a bad option in the story line and got ambushed by zombies now I am stuck and have lost all my coins and other resources can someone please help me I am really stuck a this one point.

I can confirm you DO NOT need to beat the dungeon in Umbra Forest to get to Astryl's Vale. I've never beaten that dungeon, and I can run around in Astryl's just fine. :P

Yes. Lovely Mutators will be usable after the event ends.

And no, you must actually defeat the enemies.

There is a cap, yes. It takes quite awhile to get there.

The 'cap' increases your chance of finding a Cupid's Guardian by 600% from the lowest rate.

I understand how you feel. Unfortunately, this wasn't a 'perfect' solution. It was just the best I could manage.

If you don't already know, Region 3 functions entirely differently than the first two Regions. It uses a map that you walk around and a story progression you do on your own time. Alternatively, the first two Regions just generate a scripted event on demand each time you press the explore button.

That, coupled with technical coding reasons behind the scenes, made it very difficult to really put this type of content into the first two Regions.

Furthermore, if it was available in the first two Regions, players would just take their level 60 pets and mash through the low level content and get 10x as many rewards as it was tuned for in Astryl's Vale.

So unfortunately, I just had no available option to really put this content into the first two Regions.


That said, I'd suggest just grinding out as many missions as you can for gold, experience, and consumables. You can also take your pets back to Faerina's Shrine and grind out battles for more experience, equipment, and gold.

Additionally, you can try asking our Battle Discussion Forum for help attuning your party for better synergy. I believe there are also some very detailed guides written in the Player Guides Forum.

Bro... krin... is king desius supposed to be Impossible?! I leveled and trained my pets right and gave them the right armor. Stocked up on about 20 of those big expensive healing potions that cost badges and a lot more other healers and manas... and guess what? Only like 2 or 3 of his minions killed and maybe 25% of his health gone and all my pets are dead... any tips so ican get to the next region for the week of love festival? I've been waiting SOO long for this and I can't even get to it..... ;-;

By now, I imagine there has to be some good guides/tips/answers written in the Player Guides or Zone Discussion Forums about that zone/boss.

But there are tricks to making him much, much easier. Failing to solve the tricks do indeed make him pretty much impossible to defeat.

We limited this content to the third region mainly because of technical reasons. The third region functions and is coded a lot differently than the first two regions. But also, we want to start promoting players to finish up the storyline as they will have to have completed the storyline to enter the MegaZone when that is released. So on top of the technical reasons, it's also a bit of an incentive to unlock and begin working on the third region's story.

i'm trying my hardest to finish up umbra forest, but can you just unlock astryl's vale for everyone for the duration of the event? i don't think i'll be able to finish in time :[
is it faster if i retreat through my way or battle through? i'm still in the forgotten tomb... help

Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way mechanically.

Also, those zones are lvl 55 and lvl 60. If you're struggling with the Umbra Forest zones, they would definitely be too difficult for you at this time.

There is still plenty of time to go. =) Just keep working at it. Run those missions, sell Valentines for extra Gold if you need a boost, etc.

If you need help with tweaking your pets, don't hesitate to ask the Battle Discussion Forum for help or read some Player Guides.

get to lvl 60 quick(idk if this glitch is fixed or not): lvl up one of your higher leveled pets, then you probably will jump to that level(that's what i did, and i got a surprise of lvling up lol)
