Are we allowed to use glitter if we are coloring by hand? Also am I allowed to put my logo on it? Or a signature?

Sure and sure.

I'm not that good with computers and stuff, how do I take the image and put it in something like paint so I can color it? Copy-paste is just getting me a blank black image.

Also, how do we add the genes to it (like runes to the vorpa) do we have to draw it by hand or is there a template somewhere?

You should be able to right click on the lineart image, save it to your computer, go into paint or whatever program. Then click "Open" and locate the file you just saved.

As for the genes, there is no template. No one is required to use genes, it's just some people like to spiff it up. As far as I've seen in the past, you don't even have to have same gene patterns as what is in Sylestia.

Edit: Oops, to clarify, yeah, you have to draw the genes if you want them. ^-^;
