Backstory: She cant remember much, just flashes. The warmth of a fire while she was in her mothers arms, and the cold draft that entered with her father as he collapsed, bleeding on the floor. The gentle sound of raindrops as he grasped her hand tight, the shadow that crept over his face as he died. The feeling of life the wilderness brought her while she was gathering with her mother, the strange noises that night that she never heard againalong with her mothers voice.
Growing up alone, developing riddles and daring people to answer them. If they could, she worked for them, if they lost, they gave her basic needs. Street-rat of sorts.

Likes: a warm fire, the sound of gentle rain, the feeling of life when alone in the wilderness, and riddles: riddles are her favorite
Dislikes: cold, the dark, things that go bump in the night

The last thing you remember seeing was a bright light, golden and warm, like a soft comforting light that seemed to Numb your mind. However wen you opened your eyes the world was not how you remembered it, no elaborate buildings, no flashing lights or any of that. Instead what surrounded you was a wasteland of what used to be your home.... one of the seven kingdoms in Rodina....

You could hear the birds and other animals around you, just barely over your splitting headache. Your clothes were tattered and dirty as you examined yourself but you seemed perfectly healthy..... with no other living beings in sight
Navani groaned, pressing the palm of her hand against her temple. He clothes seemed in worse condition than they were before... but was this dream? How could a headache this bad be part of a dream. If it was not a dream, was there ever a before, had her life been a dream? No, it could not have been. Did she somehow travel forwards in time?
She moaned in pain, thinking too much made it twice as worse.
She simply lay on the forest floor, staring out at the ruins of her city, and trying to avoid making her head feel worse.

She let out a light sign as her headache soothed. She dared to rise to a sitting position, trying to observe her surroundings in more depth.

Alright! I drew her. A symbolic rough sketch which isn't really helpful but eh!
Description: quiet most of the time, is rather polite. Pretty tall I guess, 5ft 7in. Strong jawline, but not particularly angled. Ectomorphic build. Will eat the pantry clean and still not put on weight. Slightly haunched over while standing. Slouches a ton when sitting. Heart shaped face. Average nose and cheekbones. Larger hands and longer limbs.

Previous Kingdom: Tantu
Backstory: Karen: She was raised by a mother, who she never saw often, for her mother spent most of her time at sea. Karen was deemed unfit and too young for dealing with the sailors. At 7, she joined the crew, and ran small errands on board, helping in the kitchen. And when the ship set anchor, gave her musical talents around the campfire. At 13, the kingdom of Tantu went to war, and although they have the best of the best military, aid was called from the civilians. Her mother died in war, and she injured early on, was sent home. She has no home though, for her mother is dead, and the men of the crew are at war, all doomed to die. She ran away and spent time alone, traveling the world, and returned to Tantu in a time of peace. At 16, she was adopted has a younger sister, and spent the rest of her teenage years in peace. At 21, she left home to travel, and sailed the seas for some time. But painful memories bubbled up, and she returned to the land. :Karen

Other: She fears losing people who she's become close to. This includes her adopted older sister, and her adopted mother. She is made slightly uncomfortable my anything that has more than 4 limbs. Except dragons and gryphons, and hippogriffs and things like that. 4+ limbs, like octopuses, spiders, ants, beetles, you get the jest of it. And oh yeah, she adamantly believes that the kraken exists.

Finding no worsening ache in her mind, she rose fully to her feet. She walked cautiously towards the stone ruins.

sure you can add the image latter, but she has to have a skill every person in this world does But since you are the "last true decedent of the Kingdom " doesn't have to be royalty though, but that may change your background If you want it too, so no one you used to know really "exists" anymore.
as far as being Human this world has a mix of Humanoids so Nekos of all kinds and mixes are welcome, however I didn't add shapeshifters, because it would interfere with Durin's skill, I'm hesitant to add Anthros for the same reason

there in the center you see a fountain you can remember was the town square, and the Japanese maple that was growing in its center had grown to 5 times its original size, the fountain cracked and broken.
