They ran so far on that you couldn't see them. You heard the Jung Jung screech and the Mai Wolf yelp then the sound of their paws hitting the ground as they ran back.

As you look closely at the gem you notice that the shadows around you look exactly like the black cloud inside the gem.
"How curious." you mumble.
She sighed and walked off, tying up her hair. Time to get out of this place, she guessed. Shadows didn't interest her - they were dark and grimy.

As you walked out the barn door a shadow from the wall fell across your path and the minute you stepped into it your whole body disappeared into the shadows.
You hear your owner yelling at you to come and do you chores. They can't find you because the shadows are your cover.

Out of the shadows you could make up the form of the jung jung and the Mai wolf as they ran over to you.
