Yeees! You guys honestly don't know how much I needed this. I've been waiting for this announcement since the last update, can't wait 'til it's finally released! They look gorgeous!

I agree with a few others with that I think the male looks a bit to angry. I'd prefer a wise, calm look. Being angry looking actually makes them look insecure/uncertain to me. Animals who growl or look fierce all the time usualy are very scared animals. Agressive behavior often comes from fear.
I rather not have such amazing looking creatures be stuck with in an agressive way. I do agree with those who say they should look less cuddly then the nixi's and puffs. But I believe that is already acomplished with the female lupora and could just as easy be acomplished for the male one.
Overall I like the designs, just maybe a slightly less hostile look on the male. Somebody can be intimidating withoud having to look angry/hostile.

the adult male's face is great, in my opinion. i also think it's odd how people compare his face only to the Nixi and Puff faces. has nobody looked at the adult male Mork's, Vene's, or even the Drae's expression? his is pretty fierce, and i don't see anyone complaining about that expression. what's so wrong with having an sulkier expression? i can already hear it now:
but Articu, they're BEARS and DRAGONS! they're SUPPOSED to look like that!
ha. ha. ha. no. nice try. just because it's a bear doesn't mean it has to be angry-looking. take all the pet sprites into account here. the vast majority of the pet sprites are just so friendly. the female Mork is friendly, so don't even get me started on the "she's a girl so she can't be angry" thing. don't get me wrong, i adore it. but not everything can be friendly, and those are just the facts. so why is it so bad that his expression is grumpy? i mean, seriously. unless you can pull up a decently sized list of reasons why it can't be like that (not including "it's a child-friendly site"), i'm never going to change my mind about this.
and just because something is angry doesn't mean it's afraid. he may be hunting, protecting territory, defending his pack, protecting his mate and/or offspring, etc. i can keep listing.
and yes, i know Morks and Draes aren't all that popular with many, but it was the best comparison i could come up with besides Venes. because there aren't many pets that look salty.
