Ok. My first gene would be something like orange vines wrapping around a qitari's legs. ANd then orange tracing around its eye, and it's scales.

Ok. I want a leafy mane on Qatari with a tail with a leaf to be the end part. Also, where there is fur at the behind of its legs, it should have a couple leaves too.

I know this is rather bland~ and I'm sorry for not drawing this on the actual template. TwT I've really wanted to draw a Kelpari recently. (Ignore the Tiger Stripes, Mystic Horns and Pearl Armor please~)
For the Kelpari, perhaps webbed fins? One of the few things I dread about fall is all of the spider webs that I seem to run into...those really HUGE spider webs that are all over the place. xD

My gene idea for the fall festival is for the Ny'Vene and Nephini. I call it Nebula Markings or Astral Markings. I've always enjoyed the concept of a Nebula dragon, hence my submission and the pets I choose to make it for. This isn't the common fall theme, but I find that one of the best seasons to go star gazing (at least in my part of the world), is during the fall because of the many clear, crisp nights. It's not too cold either, making it more enjoyable than in the winter. The nebulas are on the wings of the Ny'Vene and Nephini, with a second idea of also having them on the body. In terms of what decides the colour of the nebulas, my idea was to have whichever gene slot it's in being the dominant colour, with the other two gene slots coming through too, to give that beautiful nebula imagery.

Well, I've always liked this concept. I thought long and hard about it and while I could attempt to draw it, I felt the pictures would do it far more justice!

This girl, named Kalores, who is a Nebula dragon, was a custom order I had done by a very talented person who both made and painted her. I picked the nebula that he painted on the wings. She also has fiber optics in her so that her body has sparkling stars all over it.

I hope you all enjoy her and my Nebula Gene idea. I also have a mutation idea to go with this.





Well, I have updated my pet Nebula gene idea with some pictures I edited using the GIMP. I hope my pictures are alright but feel free to still look at my other images as I don't feel I did them justice. It was fun doing this, though!
